Terms and Conditions

| 1. | All package rates are based on per person basis and includes accommodation with daily breakfast, one welcome dinner, round trip airport transfers (between airport and resort only); Golfers’ package inclusive of 2 rounds of golf, which includes green fees and buggy and caddie fees on a twin-sharing basis and 15 minutes Academy Golf Analysis. An additional RMB100 per round per golfer will be levied for China PH/weekend round play under the golf package booking and payment for this China PH/weekend round play surcharge has to be made at point of booking confirmation. |

Golf rates published are subject to change upon one (1) month’s prior written notice to the clients. Golf rates are inclusive of green fees and buggy and caddie fees on a twin-sharing basis (i.e. two (2) golfers to one (1) buggy and one (1) caddie). An additional charge of RMB 300 nett per golfer per game is applicable for additional buggy and caddie, subject to availability. |

Additional Terms |
| I. | All rates quoted are nett and inclusive of prevailing Government taxes. |

| II. |
Subject to availability, extra beds may be provided upon request at an additional surcharge of RMB260.00 per bed per night without breakfast. Extra bed is applicable to children under 12 only |

| III. | Unless otherwise stipulated in writing by the Resort, an additional surcharge of RMB200.00 per room per night is applicable for all types of accommodation during peak season. Peak season periods are published by the Resort (available upon request) and include all public holidays in the People's Republic of China. |
