The elevated tees give a good view of the numerous bunkers that meander throughout this entire hole. The bunkers coming across the middle both define the driving area and set the challenge. A drive directly over these opens up the green for an easier second. However, going left to avoid the bunkers makes your second shot proportionately longer and more difficult.
